Responsibilities
Attend sales meetings and take minutes
Confirm and send reminders for sales appointments
Send follow-up emails and documents after meetings
Enter and verify data in the CRM
Double-check data entered by sales representatives
Provide overall administrative support to the sales team

Work Style
Full-flex time with no core hours (Work anytime between 5:00 – 22:00)
Remote work available (Flexible remote/in-office arrangement)

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000 (Based on experience and skills)
Trial period: 6 months (No changes in conditions)
