We specialize in HVAC and plumbing equipment construction, with a strong track record that includes major clients like Tendo University, Chiba University Hospital, and COREDO Muromachi. Our long-standing partnerships with subcontractors ensure a steady flow of projects year-round.
We are currently hiring a full-time CAD Operator to create construction drawings. While the role is primarily in-office, you may occasionally visit project sites depending on the assignment.
■Job Description
Create construction drawings for HVAC and plumbing projects
Work on both new and renovation projects (roughly 50/50)
Visit project sites when required
Project budgets range from ¥5M to ¥100M and last from 2 months to 18 months. Most projects are located in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with no relocation required.
■Work Environment
Full 5-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays off)
Average overtime under 30 hours/month
No business trips or relocations required; direct commuting allowed
Parental leave available; re-employment possible up to age 68
■Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly salary: ¥285,714 – ¥475,571 (based on a 14-month division of annual salary)
Fixed overtime for 45 hours included (additional pay for excess)
Full commuting allowance, travel allowance
