Real Estate Sales (High-Rise Condominiums) | Osaka | Up to ¥20M/year | Full-Time

With annual transaction volume exceeding ¥20 billion and ranked among the top in Osaka for four consecutive years, we aim for ¥50 billion by 2025 — targeting the No.1 position in Japan’s high-rise real estate market.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team, handling purchases, rentals, and value-added services (furnishings, renovations, etc.) for new and pre-owned high-rise condominiums.
■Job Description
Sales and brokerage of high-rise condominiums (purchase/rental)
Property tours, contract negotiations, and follow-up
Optional involvement in overseas real estate and renovation services

■Location & Work Style
Central Osaka (3 min walk from "Hommachi" Station / 4 min from "Yodoyabashi")
No transfers
Work hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (average overtime under 40 hrs/month)
Casual attire accepted / Comfortable office with massage chairs, shower booths, and large screen monitors
■Salary & Example Annual Income
Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥350,000 + 2 annual bonuses + commission (5%–16% of sales every 3 months)
Expected annual income: ¥3M–¥20M
Examples:
¥18M/year – 30 yrs old, 6th year, team leader
¥14M/year – 29 yrs old, 3rd year
¥8M/year – 32 yrs old, 2nd year
