- Experience in internal audits for the purpose of responding to fraud and legal violations (prevention and detection)
- Practical experience in evaluating J-SOX internal controls
- Qualifications related to internal audits, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.
- Experience in IT audits/internal control evaluations
- Advanced skills in utilizing technology, such as data analysis
- Project experience in quality control/improvement, etc.
- Practical experience in risk management
- Knowledge and experience of laws and regulations such as the Real Estate Brokerage Business Act and Building Standards Act, and related business laws
- Communication skills in English

【Job Overview】
You will join the Internal Audit team and play a key role in achieving the group’s strategic goals. This is not just monitoring — your work will include consulting functions such as business process design and operational improvements, making the role highly impactful.

Main responsibilities include:

Planning and conducting audits based on a structured risk approach

Proposing improvements for audit departments’ operations and efficiency

Providing follow-up support and ensuring long-term adoption of improvements

【Work Environment & Culture】

Office in JP Tower, directly connected to Tokyo Station—great commute and amenities

Team of 12 auditors with diverse backgrounds (20s to 60s, including career changers)

【Employment Details】

Type: Full-time, permanent (5-month probation, no changes in terms)

Hours: 9:00–18:00 (incl. 1-hour break), 40 hours of fixed overtime included in salary

Average overtime: 20–30 hours/month

Location: Chiyoda, Tokyo (no relocation required)

【Salary & Benefits】

Annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥8,000,000

Monthly salary: ¥400,000–¥500,000 (includes basic and fixed overtime)

Bonus: twice a year
