Job Description
Offer life insurance products to individual and corporate clients
Handle both inside sales (telemarketing) and outside sales (pre-arranged visits)
No individual quotas – team-based performance goals
Weekday visit averages: around 15 clients/week
Gain hands-on experience with proven methods and ongoing support
Working Style & Schedule
Full-time, permanent employee
Work hours: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 (shift-based, 8 hours/day)
Monthly overtime: approx. 21 hours (max. 1 hour/day)
Location: Osaka (no relocation required)
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥5,000,000
Monthly pay: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000 (includes 21h fixed overtime)
Incentive bonuses: up to 4x/year
Performance bonus (after 1 year)
Pay raise: up to 4x/year
Salary examples:
Staff: ¥4,000,000/year
Section Manager: ¥5,000,000/year
Department Manager: ¥8,000,000/year
