HR Staff – Full-Time | Recruiting & Labor Management | Visa Support for Foreign Nationals | Based in Osaka
Join a fast-growing real estate developer in central Osaka and play a key role in HR operations!
We are a dynamic real estate company specializing in residential properties for short-term rentals (minpaku) targeting foreign tourists, mainly high-income visitors from China. Since our founding in 2017, we've steadily expanded in key Osaka areas such as Nishinari, Naniwa, and Chuo wards. Our team consists of about 30 dedicated professionals, offering a flexible, open-minded workplace.
We're now looking for an HR professional to strengthen our HR division, with responsibilities across recruitment, labor management, and visa support for foreign employees.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Plan hiring strategy, post job listings, coordinate with agencies, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates
Labor management: Prepare employment contracts, manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll, and social insurance procedures
Visa procedures: Handle applications and renewals for “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” (技人国) visas
Support general HR operations
You’ll have a lot of autonomy in a small team environment and will be able to contribute your ideas directly to the company’s growth.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥3,000,000–¥3,500,000 (based on experience and skills)
Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥280,000 (¥230,000 during trial period)
