・2+ years of work experience in Japan (any industry)
Preferred conditions
・Experience in sales, customer service, customer support, etc.

・Experience working with foreigners
・Language skills other than Japanese, such as English, Chinese, Korean, etc. (daily conversation level or above)

You will be supporting mainly engineer candidates through:
Interviewing and career counseling
Proposing job opportunities that fit their skills and goals
Providing support throughout the interview and selection process
Following up after job offers

【Work Style & Flexibility】
Flexible hours with core time from 10:00–17:00

【Salary & Benefits】
Annual salary: ¥3,600,000 – ¥7,200,000 (Monthly: ¥300,000 – ¥600,000)
*Includes 40 hours of fixed overtime (¥71,500 – ¥143,000); additional hours paid separately
