■Job Description
As a Project Manager (PM/PMO), you'll lead initiatives for major medical device manufacturers. Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end PM support across project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
Requirements definition and analysis
Compliance support with international safety standards (IEC 62304, IEC 60601)
Strategic planning and launch execution for overseas markets
Projects range from lean teams to 200+ members. You'll work on upstream phases — rare in this industry — and see your impact in society.
Monthly study sessions, e-learning, and internal consulting training are provided for continuous learning.
■Work Style & Schedule
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Tokyo (primarily remote; some onsite client work possible; full remote from rural Japan or overseas not allowed)
Working Hours: Discretionary labor system (7.5 hrs/day standard)
Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, and over 123 annual days off
No relocation required
■Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥6,300,000 – ¥13,000,000
(Senior Consultant: ¥6.3M–9.4M / Manager: ¥9.4M–13M)
Bonus: Annual performance-based
Salary Increase: Once/year, Promotion: Twice/year
