Join us as an In-House IT Engineer and help us enhance our internal management accounting systems and streamline business operations through automation.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the modification and improvement of internal systems, primarily focused on accounting and operations.
Main responsibilities include:
System modification and maintenance (mainly accounting-related systems)
Business process improvement using VBA, SQL, and RPA
(Agile development / Excel and MS Access environment)
Help desk and internal IT support
※ This role will be handled by one person, but you’ll have access to experienced engineers in the group companies for support.
※ Almost no overtime, great for maintaining work-life balance.
Work Environment & Flexibility
Regular hours: 9:00–18:00
Average monthly overtime: minimal
2-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 118 days off/year
Possible few Saturday shifts per year (with compensatory leave)
Half-day paid leave available
Parental leave available (with track record)
Company resort access in Karuizawa, Kyoto, etc.
Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥5,000,000
Bonus: Twice a year (average: 3 months), plus performance bonus (December)
Transportation Allowance: up to ¥100,000/month
