[Full-Time / Toyama] Internal IT Infrastructure Coordinator | Annual Salary: ¥2.88M–¥4.56M | Up to 6 Months' Bonus | Housing Allowance Provided
We are seeking a new team member to take charge of building and improving our IT infrastructure across business sites nationwide. With the recent rollout of a labor management system, PCs and network connections are needed at various locations. You will play a vital role in planning and implementing the company’s internal IT environment.
■Key Responsibilities
Propose and implement policies and plans related to the information system
Plan and drive process improvement using IT technologies
Select and order related equipment and IT supplies
(*Business trips may occur as needed)

Engage in strategic planning and process improvement from the upstream phase, not just routine operations.
■Work Style & Environment
Full-time (Permanent employee)
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (60-minute break)
Average overtime: Moderate (details to be discussed at interview)
No transfers / Location: Toyama HQ
Weekends and public holidays off (Annual holidays: 121 days)
■Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥2.88M – ¥4.56M (Monthly pay: ¥180,000 – ¥285,000)
Bonus available (FY2024 actual: 3.0 to 6.0 months/year)
