Job Description
As a core member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for:
Managing and delivering client projects
Conducting research, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Building strong relationships with clients
Collaborating with the sales team to acquire new and ongoing projects
Identifying potential consulting needs within client organizations
Coaching junior team members (Analysts/Associates)
Your work will have a meaningful social impact by helping organizations navigate change and growth. You’ll be empowered to create real value for your clients.
Workstyle & Flexibility
Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (no relocation required)
Working hours: 9:00–18:00 with 1-hour break
Flexible arrival time (staggered hours system)
Full 2-day weekends (Sat/Sun) + national holidays
Other paid leaves: summer vacation, year-end holidays, condolence, annual leave
Indoor smoking prohibited
Casual attire allowed
Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
(Includes 44 hours of fixed overtime + 30 hours of late-night overtime; excess paid separately)
Full commuting cost coverage (6-month commuter pass)
Full social insurance (health, pension, unemployment, and workers’ compensation)
No standard bonus (performance-based incentives available)
