As part of our expanding business, we are currently seeking one RPA Engineer to strengthen our automation team, working with leading enterprise clients.
Job Description
You will work on digital transformation projects primarily for publicly listed companies:
Selection and analysis of operations for RPA (UiPath, WinActor)
Requirement definition to post-launch maintenance
Drafting development and operational guidelines
Providing RPA education and external training
Development technologies include Java, .NET, C#, and VBA.
This role contributes directly to operational efficiency and large-scale automation—an impactful and fulfilling mission.
Location & Work Style
Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (nearest station: Akihabara)
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break; average overtime: ~20 hrs/month)
No relocation required
Some divisions offer flexible or remote work (depending on assignment)
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥3.5 million–¥6 million (based on skills and experience)
Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥420,000 + overtime
Raises: once per year (July)
Bonuses: twice per year (July and December)
