■ Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing construction projects (both new and renovation) for buildings, schools, and hospitals in the Greater Tokyo area (mainly Chiba and Tokyo). Tasks include on-site management or overseeing multiple sites, depending on the assignment.
Project sizes range from ¥5M to ¥100M, lasting 2 months to 1.5 years. You'll gain valuable experience across a diverse range of projects that contribute to social infrastructure.

Managing schedules and quality

■ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4M–¥6M
Example: ¥4.5M for a 28-year-old with 3 years of experience
Monthly Salary: ¥285,714–¥500,000 (includes 45 hrs fixed overtime pay; extra hours paid separately)
