Sales Position (Insurance × BPO) - No Experience Required | Osaka | Full-Time

We partner with 18 major life insurance providers—including MetLife and ORIX Life—to offer optimal insurance solutions. Your Role (No Cold Calling / Inbound Sales Only)
Visit pre-qualified clients (15 visits/week) scheduled by our in-house call center
Offer tailor-made insurance plans from a wide selection of 18 companies
Also engage in internal telemarketing duties
No cold calls or door-knocking. You’ll only meet customers who’ve shown interest. Thanks to our effective scripts and training, our contract closing rate reaches around 80%. We also support phone-only contracts when face-to-face is difficult.

Location & Compensation
Location: Kita-ku, Osaka (No transfers)
Annual salary: ¥3.5M–¥5M / Monthly salary: ¥250K–¥350K
・Base salary: ¥210K+
・Fixed OT (21 hrs/month): ¥40K+ (Extra hours paid separately)
・Up to 4 annual incentive bonuses

・Assistant Manager: Avg. ¥5M
・Manager: Avg. ¥8M
