Job Description
Background for Recruitment
Due to the expansion of cross-border projects, we are seeking candidates who have the potential to become future core members.
You will gain a wide range of experience—from supporting overseas market entry and withdrawal, to cross-border transaction origination and execution as a financial advisor (FA), and post-merger integration (PMI).
While being a part of the overseas team, you may also have opportunities to be assigned to domestic or venture-related projects.
Responsibilities
M&A Advisory (International)
Planning M&A strategies and originating M&A deals
Designing M&A structures and supporting implementation of organizational restructuring
Examining and negotiating M&A terms
Supporting capital strategies and fundraising
Equity valuation and creating financial models
Transaction Services (International)
You will be responsible for managing local subsidiaries.
Financial due diligence
Purchase price allocation and intangible asset valuation
Overseas Business Consulting
Support for overseas market entry and implementation
Support for restructuring or withdrawal of overseas businesses
Formulating alliance strategies
PMI (Post-Merger Integration)
Developing integration plans and measuring synergy effects
Supporting the Integration Office (PMO)
