■Job Description
You will be involved in the planning, design, and development of custom inspection systems for automotive production plants (e.g., alignment testers, brake testers). Depending on your experience, you'll be assigned to either mechanical design (2D/3D CAD) or control design (programming software). Many of our projects are international, offering opportunities for overseas business trips and global engagement.

・Transfer options: negotiable (nationwide or area-limited roles available)

■Salary & Benefits
・Annual salary: ¥3.5 million–¥4.0 million
・Monthly salary: ¥220,790–¥250,000 (based on transfer flexibility)
・Bonus: 2 times/year (4 months performance-based)
・Salary raise: once/year (up to age 54)
・Overtime: additional payment (avg. under 20 hrs/month)
