We are a fishing gear manufacturer engaged in the planning, manufacturing, and sales of fishing equipment and apparel. Our signature fishing hooks are known across Japan and are also sold internationally.
We’re currently hiring Manufacturing Staff (Contract Employee) to help produce premium-quality fishing hooks at our Hyogo factory.
【Job Description】
You will be responsible for the manufacturing of high-performance fishing hooks, focusing on:
Processing, polishing, and heat treatment of metal materials
Operating production machinery for crucial steps that determine hook sharpness and strength
Our production combines decades of know-how and modern technology to meet the needs of anglers worldwide.

【Work Details】
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
Average Overtime: Under 20 hours/month
Work Location: Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture (with possible relocation)
【Compensation & Benefits】
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000 (based on experience and skills)
Allowances: Transportation (up to ¥47,000), Family, and Housing
