■ Job Description
You will assist residents in their daily lives and help organize fun and engaging activities.
Examples of tasks:
Helping with meals, bathing, dressing, and bedtime
Accompanying residents on walks and outings
Friendly conversation and emotional support
Planning and running monthly events like cake-making, outings to local temples, and restaurant visits
Your ideas for events are always welcome!
■ Working Style
Full-time permanent position
Location: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo (13-min walk from Shintakashimadaira Station or free shuttle from Narimasu Station)
No relocation required / Commuting by bike, motorcycle, or car allowed (with commuting allowance & parking support)
Shift-based work (7.5–8 hrs/day)
Night shifts available (with ¥6,000/night bonus)
Low overtime: average under 7 hours/month
■ Salary & Compensation
Monthly salary: ¥270,400 – ¥348,900
Annual income: ¥3.24M – ¥4.18M (based on experience and certification)
Annual bonus: Twice/year
Raise: Once/year
Various allowances:
Night shift: ¥6,000/shift
Sundays & holidays: ¥1,000/shift
New Year's: ¥4,000/day
Housing support: ¥20,000/month
Career-based bonuses (e.g. up to ¥27,000 for certified caregivers)
