(1) Experience in new sales in BtoB business
(2) Experience as a person in charge of a sales organization (approximately 3 years or more) (approximately 100 people or more)
・Experience in sales management of multiple teams and multiple layers
・Experience in consistently planning and executing sales strategies
・Experience in driving results for the entire organization through close collaboration with management

Preferred conditions

We are a fast-growing company engaged in developing and operating job change support and recruitment services. With around 300 employees, we are now seeking a Head of Sales to drive and scale our Inside and Field Sales organizations.

This is a pivotal executive-level role that connects strategy to execution, enabling a highly scalable and efficient sales operation across the business.

◆ Key Responsibilities
Work with the CEO and COO to define, align, and execute the sales strategy

Design and implement sales KPIs and process optimization

Strengthen coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales

Improve team performance through organizational reform

Build cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Responsibilities will be tailored to your skills and preferences.

◆ Workstyle & Culture
Full-time, permanent employment

Flextime system (core hours: 10:00–15:00, flexible from 07:00–22:00)

Work in casual attire

Side jobs permitted

Trial period: 3 months (with no change in salary or benefits)

Option to start as a contractor upon request

Office in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Relocation is not expected and will be fully considered.

◆ Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥10,000,000–¥20,000,000

Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)

Salary review: Twice a year (April, October)
