■ Job Responsibilities
Manage production lines, processes, and product quality
Implement new products into the production flow
Lead improvements and reforms to increase productivity
Coordinate with production planning teams
Oversee factory operations
Products include seasonal Japanese and Western-style sweets
■ Candidate Requirements
Experience in food manufacturing or production environments
A proactive mindset toward process improvement and management
Desire to build a long-term career in the confectionery industry
■ Work Location & Schedule
Location: Yao City, Osaka (near Yao Station)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Shift work required during peak seasons
Transfers: Considered only when necessary
■ Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥4.5 million – ¥6 million
Pay raises: Once a year
Bonuses: Twice a year
