A fast-growing education services company is seeking a School Manager for its English conversation school, "WinBe."

Job Description:
Manage overall operations of the school. No prior teaching experience required.
Oversee school performance, team communication, and daily operations
Hold meetings with parents, understand student goals, and report progress
Plan and execute advertising strategies to acquire new students
Collaborate with native English teachers and align on teaching methods
This role lets you directly support the growth of children—an incredibly rewarding experience.
Work Environment:
Full-time, permanent employment
13:00–21:00 work hours (7h15/day)
Fixed 10 hours of overtime/month (on average)
120 days off/year including summer & year-end holidays
Casual dress code allowed
No teaching duties required (English classes taught by native instructors)
Salary & Benefits:
Annual salary: ¥3.6M – ¥5.5M (Monthly ¥260,000–¥400,000)
Regional-limited position: from ¥217,600/month
Bonus twice a year (July & December)
Commuting allowance & overtime pay (beyond 10 hours)
