Position Summary
To strengthen our HR function, we are hiring a recruitment officer who can engage in both new graduate and mid-career hiring. You’ll play a key role from the early stages of the recruitment process and build meaningful connections with candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
Conducting first-round interviews (new graduates and mid-career)
Managing information sessions for new grads and building candidate relationships
Preparing offer letters for mid-career hires
Acting as a recruiter and talent coordinator
A training period in our customer support team will help you understand our business and clients before transitioning into recruitment duties.
Flexible Working Style
Flextime system (Core time: 9:30–15:30 / Flexible hours: 7:00–22:00)
Approx. 30 hours of overtime per month

No planned transfers

We offer clear promotion pathways:
Leader: within 6–12 months from joining as new grad
Sub-manager: by the 3rd year
Manager: by the 4th year
Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥4M–¥6M
Monthly salary: ¥300,000–¥400,000
Bonus: Once per year (equivalent to one month salary, last fiscal year)

Housing allowance: ¥30,000/month if living within two stations from office
