■Required:
・Experience communicating with customers, such as making estimates and proposals, or reporting progress and clarifying requirements.
・Experience managing and training members, juniors, and subordinates.
・Front-end or server-side web development experience (3 years or more).
・Development experience using modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Angular, etc., or an interest in and learning about them.

Job Description
As a Web Application Engineer, you’ll:
Lead full-cycle web application development (React, Next.js)
Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and proposals
Manage teams, external partners, and development processes
Engage in both technical execution and project leadership
We focus on agile development with small expert teams working closely with clients.
