To further accelerate internal DX and improve operational efficiency, we are expanding our IT engineering team in Tokyo.
◆Your Role◆
You’ll be at the core of designing, implementing, and supporting next-generation IT systems using cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms.
Plan and implement internal system improvements through new infrastructure
Coordinate with outsourced system vendors
Operate and maintain core systems
Lead SaaS and RPA application planning and integration
Provide internal IT support to staff across departments
Currently, 90% of our internal systems have been migrated to SaaS. You’ll contribute to completing the full SaaS transition and continuous improvement thereafter.

Working hours: 8:30–17:30 (1-hour break)
Average overtime: ~10 hours/month
Full 5-day work week (weekends + national holidays)
126 annual holidays, including New Year and summer vacations
Paid leave: 10 days from the day you join
No transfers (Work Location: Shinagawa, Tokyo)
Casual attire permitted
◆Salary & Compensation◆
Annual salary: ¥3.9M–¥6.5M
Monthly salary: ¥241,000–¥391,000
