We’re seeking a hands-on operations leader to design, manage, and drive organizational excellence from the ground up.

■ Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategy
Design organizational structure and manage teams
Plan and optimize workflow and data architecture
Lead tool automation and system integration projects
Provide feedback for product development and design internal usage rules

■ Employment Details
Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥11,000,000 (Incentive-based annual package)
Includes stock options, salary review twice a year, and 45 hrs fixed OT pay
Work Style: Full-time / Flextime (Core: 10:00–17:00) / Hybrid remote (1–3 days/week in-office)
Location: Tokyo or Osaka (No relocation required)
