We are a growing company operating in the beauty industry, with diverse business areas including salon training and product sales, cosmetic OEM, fragrance import and retail, eyelash salon operations, and international trade/product planning. With a dedicated team of 25 professionals, we are steadily expanding our reach.
We are now hiring an in-house designer to join our team and take part in creating visual content for our cosmetic and fragrance brands. This role offers a chance to build the brand identity and work across a wide variety of creative materials.
【Job Description】
You'll begin by collaborating with senior designers to produce internal design materials. In the future, you may take on responsibilities that shape the entire brand aesthetic.
Create product images for our e-commerce site
Design campaign banners and advertising visuals
Produce brochures, business cards, and training materials
Design images for social media and internal promotions
*Scope of work and location may change based on company needs.
【Working Style】
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours + 1-hour break)
Fixed overtime of 30 minutes/day (25 hours/month included in salary; additional hours paid separately)
Casual dress code and employee discounts on cosmetics
【Salary & Compensation】
Annual salary: ¥3.9 million – ¥4.9 million
Monthly salary: ¥278,571 – ¥350,000 (includes fixed allowances)
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December, equivalent to 2 months total)
Pay raise: Irregular but available
