Job Opening Background
As the MICE industry regains momentum, demand from major clients is rapidly increasing.
To support our business growth, we are seeking one new team member to lead planning and project execution for exhibitions and events.

Role & Responsibilities
Your mission is to help clients realize their goals through impactful events.
You will go beyond simple installations to propose creative concepts, coordinate production, and oversee on-site execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and managing production of exhibition booths and corporate events

Supporting organizers of international conferences and trade shows (including venue setup, operation, logistics)

Handling private exhibitions and custom events from planning to delivery

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, including new business outreach

Note: Scope of duties may vary based on company assignment.

Work Location & Style
Location: Kiba area, Koto-ku, Tokyo

Transfer: Will be considered with great care (based on mutual agreement)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours per day)

Average Overtime: Approx. 15 hours/month

Dress Code: Casual business attire

Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3,750,000 – ¥6,000,000

Monthly Salary: Determined based on skills and experience

Pay Raise: Once a year (September)

Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)
