This growing lifestyle company offers a wide range of apparel, baked goods, and household items under the concept of “affordable and enriching living for moms and families.” Inspired by Nordic ways of life, their brand promotes simple, nature-based living with thoughtful design and care.
With plans to expand further in the Kanto region, they are now hiring a motivated sales professional to join their Tokyo team.
◎Job Overview|Sales with a mission—not just numbers
This is not just about selling products. You’ll work closely with retail partners to bring the brand’s world view to life, from creating engaging in-store displays to offering sales strategy proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose and explain apparel and food (baked goods) products to retailers
Manage existing clients (including bookstores, home centers, and electronics stores)
Assist with merchandising, in-store promotions, and POP design
Build lasting client relationships and support sales growth as a partner
Develop new accounts based on brand alignment and market research (no cold calls)
With new products released every month, you’ll have many opportunities to present new ideas and influence in-store experiences.

Annualized working hours with average 20 hrs/month overtime
Manager approval required for daily overtime exceeding 1 hour
Casual dress and partial remote work available

◎Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥5,000,000
Annual bonus: Twice a year (July and December, average of 3 months’ salary based on company performance)
Pay raise: Once a year (October)

◎Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (60-minute break)
Overtime is approx. 20 hrs/month on average

5-day workweek with weekends off (1 Saturday per month may require work)
