We are currently seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to support the management and operations of our Okinawa property.

■ What You’ll Do
As a housekeeping supervisor, you'll help shape a hotel experience that is truly one-of-a-kind for each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas
Manage staff scheduling, work processes, and supply inventory
Oversee quality control and cleanliness standards
Lead, train, and support housekeeping team members
Additional administrative duties as needed
Full training provided upon joining, including on-the-job learning and structured guidance.
■ Who We're Looking For
Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management (leadership experience is a plus)
Passionate about hospitality and enhancing guest experiences
A team player who communicates well and can take initiative
■ Work Style & Location
Workplace: Onna-son, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa Prefecture
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Average overtime: Less than 20 hours/month
Holidays: 8–9 days/month (shift-based), 105 annual holidays
Paid leave: 10–20 days/year (after 6 months of employment)
No transfers expected for now
■ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3.22 million – ¥5.6 million
Monthly Salary: Based on experience and skills
Raises: Once annually (based on performance – 2023 record)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June & December – performance-based)
