Currently, we operate a direct-from-producer EC platform and are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to drive our customer engagement strategies and support business growth.
◆ Why This Role Is Exciting
As the CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead on planning and executing customer communication initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
Rather than just sending newsletters, you’ll utilize data-driven insights to tailor campaigns, analyze performance, and improve retention.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to planning from the initial stages, allowing for rapid career and skills growth in a strategic role.
◆ Key Responsibilities
Execute and evaluate CRM campaigns using channels such as email newsletters and LINE
Plan and manage promotions tailored to different user segments
Analyze customer data and draw marketing insights
Select the right channels and strategies for each initiative
Direct creative production and coordinate with internal and external teams

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Probation Period: 3 months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours + 1-hour break)
Average Overtime: Under 20 hours/month
No-overtime months are rewarded with a full productivity bonus

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000
Monthly salary system
Bonuses: Twice a year (1 month each in summer and winter)
Salary review: Annually in February
Commuting Allowance: Fully covered
