◆ Job Description & Sample Projects
You will work as a System Engineer, taking on one of the following responsibilities depending on your skillset and project assignment:
Main Responsibilities:
Bridge SE for offshore development: communicate with major Japanese clients, handle requirement definitions and design, and coordinate with the offshore team in Vietnam
Nearshore development at our Fukuoka development center: project-based SE work under contract or delegation
On-site development at client locations under various contracts
Notable Project Examples:
CRM system for a major Japanese megabank
Production management system for a heavy industry manufacturer
AI-driven demand forecasting for a global beverage distributor
Cloud-based TV services and PLM systems
Digital transformation projects with leading global automotive and electronics companies
◆ Work Environment
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day, 1-hour break)
Average Overtime: 12–20 hours/month
Location: Fukuoka City, Hakata Ward (two office options) — Primarily on-site work, no transfers
In case of on-site assignments, working hours follow the client’s schedule
◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: ¥3.5M–¥6M
Monthly salary: ¥255,000–¥405,000
Base Salary: ¥220,000–¥440,000
Housing Allowance: ¥30,000
Family Allowance: ¥10,000 (per dependent under 18 or spouse)
Bonuses & Raises:
Annual Bonuses: 2 times
Annual Salary Review: 1 time
Other Benefits:
Commuting allowance (up to ¥20,000/month)
Relocation support: ¥150,000 (flat rate)
Welcome bonus: ¥200,000 (for those relocating with family)
