■ Key Responsibilities
Develop new features and improve existing ones for the GameWith media platform

Collaborate across teams to design intuitive, impactful UX

Measure feature outcomes with KPIs and suggest improvements

Write documentation and foster a culture of transparent feedback

Languages & Frameworks: PHP, Go, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Unity (C#)

Cloud / Infra: AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3), GCP (Firestore, Functions), Akamai

Monitoring / Analytics: New Relic, GA4, BigQuery, Firebase

CI / Testing: Autify

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

■ Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥5.5M–¥9M (Monthly: ¥392,858–¥642,857)

Base salary: ¥296,458–¥485,057

Fixed overtime (45 hrs): ¥96,400–¥157,800
Any excess hours will be compensated separately.

Salary review: Twice a year

Bonuses: Paid twice a year (February and August)

Commuting expenses paid
