◆ Your Role & Purpose
As a store staff member, your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers
Taking orders and providing hospitality
Planning and organizing seasonal events and bakery campaigns
You will start by learning the store’s workflow and customer interaction through on-site training. Once familiar, you’ll participate in product planning meetings and contribute to event proposals.
In the future, you may take on assistant store manager duties, including staff supervision, production planning, and store management.
This is a fulfilling role where you help bring smiles to the local community every day.
◆ Work Style & Flexibility
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Average Overtime: 10–20 hours/month
Work Location: Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture
Relocation/Transfers: Minimal – we will prioritize your situation
◆ Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥183,400 – ¥250,000 (based on experience and age)
Bonus: Twice a year (July & December, approx. 1.5 months of salary/year)
Pay Raise: Once a year (April)
Allowances:
Commuting: Full reimbursement (up to ¥150,000/month)
Family: ¥10,000 for a spouse, ¥5,000 per child
Housing: Support available based on internal regulations
