◆ Job Description (Full-time / Permanent)
Install, set up, and explain how to use analytical instruments for clients in research and manufacturing settings
Conduct training sessions for users
Provide support and troubleshooting in case of technical issues or failures
Business trips (1–2 times per week, up to 3 nights) within Japan to visit client sites
Work Location: Osaka City, Yodogawa Ward
Note: No transfers for the foreseeable future.
Scope of work and location may change based on company needs.
◆ Who We’re Looking For
No prior experience required
Open to second new graduates and career changers
Mechanical or scientific curiosity is a big plus
Able to write/read basic business emails in English (we offer training and support)
◆ Working Hours
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5 hours/day + 1 hour break)
Overtime: Approx. 10–20 hours/month
◆ Compensation
Annual Income: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000 (includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours)
Overtime exceeding 40 hours is paid separately
Semi-annual bonuses in February and August (based on company & individual performance)
Salary model: Fixed monthly pay based on 1/16 of annual compensation (bonus = 4/16)
