This position is within a division that handles services in the entertainment domain, mainly offering comprehensive quality assurance services for major domestic and international game companies. These services cover everything from testing during development to post-release support for mobile and console games.
As part of an expansion at the Hakata Center, we are significantly increasing the number of team leaders for game debugging teams. We are looking for individuals who are committed to service quality and can help ensure the passion of game developers is delivered directly to users.

[Responsibilities]
As a project team leader, you will be responsible for quality improvement and managing/educating team members.
Main Duties:
Propose optimal test execution plans based on test policies agreed with clients or QA departments
Create test plans, estimates, and test environments
Review the test process, revise plans as needed, and consult with clients
Analyze results and report improvement suggestions to clients
Perform quality assurance tasks such as test scheduling, test case creation
Train and guide junior team members
Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Manage teams ranging from 10 to 50 members
Lead QA planning, design, client communication, and project progression

You will start with onboarding to learn tester duties and gradually gain hands-on experience through routine tasks. You will receive OJT (on-the-job training) from senior leaders to deepen your understanding. Ample training time is provided so you can build a strong foundation.
[Team Structure]
You will be the title leader of one project team within the center.
Leaders typically manage a single project at a time.
Focus areas: console games, mobile games, and PC games.
[Career Paths]
After serving as a debug leader, you may advance to:
Project Manager – Oversee project delivery while supporting clients and improving QA services.
Site Manager – Oversee the entire center's debugging and customer support operations, including staff and project management.

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly Pay: ¥250,000 – ¥500,500
Base Salary: ¥216,220 – ¥432,860
Fixed Overtime (20 hrs): ¥33,780 – ¥67,640
Additional pay for overtime beyond 20 hours
Night shift allowance paid separately
