● Strong knowledge of IT functionality and integration across business processes.
● Strong knowledge and application of systems development and project management processes in relation to the initiation, analysis, design, management and implementation of complex projects involving multi-discipline initiatives across the enterprise.
● Solid business analysis skills not limited to requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation and analysis.
● Advanced interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to make effective decisions while working through complex personality, program, and business interest related issues.
● Well-developed critical thinking and communication skills (written and oral).
● Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility. Schedule flexibility is needed to meet project implementation and operation’s needs.
【EXPERIENCE】
● 5+ years’ experience managing the technical delivery of systems & software solutions for eCommerce, digital, theme park applications, or related technology.
● 3+ years’ experience in a large Information Technology or consulting organization with proven experience partnering with client groups in support of managing complex, multi-year and multi-location projects and programs.
● Prior experience leading application delivery teams & 3rd party vendor projects, strategic planning and resource management and implementation and delivery of large-scale applications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Proven successful experience in technical staffing selection and management, reviewing & contributing to technical solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with business partners and product teams to understand and analyze the requirements that drive the technology solutions to be implemented. You will also be involved in the testing cycles to ensure that the system design meets initial expectations. As a member of a global team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience — from pre-visit planning to in-park activities and post-visit engagement.
You will work in a multinational team environment, interacting with colleagues and vendors from around the world. English is the primary language used in daily operations, although Japanese proficiency is a plus for local communication.
Upon joining, you will receive training to gain a foundational understanding of the latest technologies used in theme parks and ride systems. You will also receive support to enhance your business system analysis skills. This role includes reporting responsibilities to both local and overseas management. Regardless of your experience level, you will be involved in international operations and enjoy opportunities for career growth.

Job Summary
This position supports the implementation of multiple system projects within a large-scale digital transformation program. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work with product teams, PMO, and other departments to analyze system features, contribute to solution designs, and coordinate development and testing tasks to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation operations
Provide technical analysis and assist with strategic decision-making
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors
Assist in vendor selection, including drafting SOWs, conducting RFPs, evaluating vendors, and monitoring project progress
Follow company policies and procedures related to environmental, health, and safety
Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000 (negotiable based on experience and age)
Salary System: Annual salary system
Bonuses: Twice a year (Summer and Winter)
Note: For assistant managers and above, one annual performance-based bonus only
