・2+ years of work experience in Japan (regardless of industry)

You will be responsible for optimizing the candidate-company matching process by leveraging AI tools and data analysis. This is a next-generation role where you’ll work closely with people and technology alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and match candidate and employer data using AI tools
Serve as a bridge between career advisors and recruitment advisors
Create recommendation documents and coordinate interview schedules
Collect and analyze data to improve matching performance

◆ Location & Work Style
Location: Tokyo (6-minute walk from JR Gotanda Station)
Work Hours: Flextime (Core time: 10:00–17:00, total 8 hours/day)
Dress Code: Casual (express your style!)
Overtime: Approx. 20–30 hours/month (40 hours fixed overtime included; excess fully paid)
◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥3,600,000 – ¥7,200,000
Monthly salary: ¥300,000 – ¥600,000 (includes fixed overtime pay)
Salary determined based on experience and skills
Bonuses / Incentives:
Sales roles (Career Advisors, B2B Sales) earn quarterly performance-based incentives
Other roles receive incentives based on semi-annual team performance
