■ Job Description
As a Web Application Engineer, you will work on:
Development of systems for finance, media, healthcare, aviation, and more
Projects such as online banking systems, content delivery platforms, and e-commerce ticketing systems for cinema chains
End-to-end involvement—from planning to maintenance
Most projects are done in-house or in teams, allowing for a highly supportive environment where you can learn and grow.
Technology stack: Depending on your skills and preferences, you'll be assigned to projects using Java, C#, VB.NET, PHP, Android, or C.
Career path: Opportunities to grow into roles such as Project Leader (PL), Project Manager (PM), or IT Consultant. We also offer ample chances to be involved in upstream processes and prime client projects.
■ Work Style & Flexibility
Flexible working hours with core time from 10:00 to 15:00
Remote work encouraged
Average monthly overtime: Less than 20 hours
Location: Osaka City (Chuo Ward) or customer sites in the Kansai area
No relocation required
■ Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥3M–¥8M (Monthly: ¥231,260 – ¥650,000)
Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime pay; additional hours fully compensated
Salary determined based on experience and previous compensation
Annual raise: once per year
Bonuses: twice per year (3.0 months' worth, last year’s performance)
Commuting allowance: full reimbursement
