You will join as an infrastructure engineer, working on a wide range of IT infrastructure projects that match your skills and interests. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to provide essential services that support major institutions and businesses.
Example Projects:
Server, network, and storage system design and construction
Virtualization platform proposals and implementations (e.g., VMware)
Cloud infrastructure setup (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Security solutions (VPN, firewalls, PKI)
Microsoft product deployments (e.g., Active Directory)
Technologies Involved:
OS: UNIX, Linux, Windows
Networking: TCP/IP, ISDN, ATM
Servers: DNS, Mail, IPv6, Virtualization
Hardware: Routers, switches, firewalls
◆ Work Style & Hours
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5-hour shift + 1-hour break)
Average overtime: Less than 20 hours/month
Transfers: Rare, and only considered with employee input
Dress code: Business casual (varies by project)

Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥207,000 – ¥350,000
Bonus: Twice a year
Salary increase: Once per year
