◆ Position: Server Engineer (Windows/Linux)
You will be responsible for the design and construction of server environments, primarily focusing on Windows and Linux servers.
Specific responsibilities include:

Server design and setup

Construction of testing environments

Device and terminal updates or replacements

Creation of technical documentation

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we provide tailored training and support. Our industry-leading training center, complete with professional instructors and comprehensive curricula, ensures you gain the skills you need step by step.

◆ Work Style & Flexibility
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day, with a 1-hour break)

Average Overtime: 20 hours/month

Location: Tokyo (Nishi-Shinjuku office or client sites) – Transfers are considered carefully

Remote Work: Possible depending on the project

Dress Code: Casual (depends on client site)

Holidays: 123 days/year + 10–20 days of paid leave

Full weekends off (Saturday/Sunday) + national holidays, year-end/New Year, summer, Golden Week, bereavement leave, parental leave, and childcare leave (with actual usage track record)

◆ Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4.2 million to ¥6 million

Monthly Salary: ¥200,000–¥300,000

Bonus: Twice a year (4 months' worth last year) + anniversary bonus

Salary Increase: Once a year
