We are a well-established confectionery manufacturer from Osaka with over 70 years of history. Known for our heartfelt sweets crafted with the motto "Made for your most cherished person," we’re now expanding our presence in the Kanto region—and we're looking for a Store Manager to help lead the way.

As we continue to grow, we're focusing on direct retail to bring our products closer to customers across Japan.

■ Role Overview: Build a Store from the Ground Up—with Full Autonomy
This is not just a store manager role—it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful.

You will take the lead in launching and managing a new flagship store at Azabudai Hills. From operations and team management to creating in-store tools and systems, your creativity and ownership will directly shape the store’s success and help expand our brand awareness in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and team leadership

Merchandise displays and customer engagement

Sales tracking, inventory control, and reporting

Marketing ideas to boost local visibility

Contribute to internal tools and operational improvement

Future opportunity to manage multiple stores as an area manager

■ Working Style: Flexible Shifts & Support for Work-Life Balance
Shift-based working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Average overtime: 10–15 hours/month

"No Overtime Day" system in place

Annual days off: 120+

Schedule includes Sundays and public holidays off

Generous paid leave system, with many employees actively using their days

Annual salary: ¥3.5M–¥5.5M (based on experience)

Bonuses twice a year (July & December, equivalent to 3 months’ salary last year)
