We are a manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of water supply fittings—including saddle service valves, faucets, stop valves, check valves, indoor piping parts, and more. As a company dedicated to supporting essential infrastructure, our products play a crucial role in daily life.
With a solid track record since our founding, we have grown into a company with approximately 200 employees, ¥1 billion in capital, and annual sales of around ¥7 billion. Our strong foundation in the public utility sector makes us highly resilient, even in unstable economic climates.
■ Job Description: Sales That Connects You with Product Development
You will be based at our Osaka North Sales Office in Ibaraki City, where you will handle proposal-based sales for our in-house developed water supply equipment. Your primary clients will be corporations (not individual consumers), and sales activities are split between 70% existing clients and 30% new business.
Main clients include:
Government agencies (e.g., water bureaus) – including submission and approval of our products
Building material trading companies and plumbing contractors
General contractors, subcontractors, and real estate developers
This is not just a sales position. Your ability to gather market intelligence will directly contribute to new product development, and you will often collaborate closely with our technical team during business negotiations. If you’re interested in being close to the manufacturing process, this role is for you.
■ Work Style & Environment
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Overtime: Average of 20 hours/month (up to 30 hours during busy periods)
Business travel: Rarely overnight
Transfer: None expected
Dress code: Business casual allowed
Client visits: 5–6 per day on average

■ Salary & Benefits
Annual income: ¥3.5M – ¥4.5M (based on experience)
Monthly salary: ¥230,000 – ¥330,000 (includes fixed allowances)
Sample annual income:
Late 20s: Approx. ¥3.7M
Early 30s (Section Manager): Approx. ¥4.8M
Late 30s (Deputy Director): Approx. ¥5.3M
Bonuses: Twice a year (3.4 months’ worth in the previous fiscal year)
Allowances:
Full commuting allowance
Family allowance: ¥10,000/month for spouse, ¥3,000/month per dependent
