◆ Job Overview｜Sales Representative for Services (No Experience Required)
Conduct outbound calls and home visits using pre-arranged lead lists
Propose new subscriptions for services (internet, TV, electricity, gas, etc.)
Provide additional value-added service suggestions to potential customers

Location: Tokyo 23 wards
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8 hours + 1-hour break)
Average overtime: Under 20 hours/month
2 fixed days off per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), 121 holidays/year
No relocation required
Casual dress code: As long as it’s not T-shirts or jeans, feel free to wear what’s comfortable (sneakers allowed too!)

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Mid-career hire / No prior experience required
Trial period: 4 months (conditions unchanged)
◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3.6M–¥4.2M
Monthly Salary: ¥300,000–¥350,000
Includes base salary + fixed overtime allowance (¥40,200+ for 20 hours)
Performance-based commissions available
Structured ladder system ensures incentives grow with your performance
Promotions come with base salary increases as well
