■ Job Summary
Position: Electrical & Electronic Design Engineer (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Kanagawa Prefecture (Client site)
No frequent transfers; build a long-term career in your area of expertise.
Responsibilities include:
Analog/digital circuit design for automotive parts and home appliances
Evaluation and testing related to electronic circuit development
Next-gen semiconductor development (including AI chip design)
※ Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in upstream processes from the start.
■ Work Style & Environment
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break), average 20–30 hours of overtime/month
Holidays: Full five-day workweek (Sat/Sun off), national holidays, summer, New Year’s, Golden Week
– 123 annual holidays + paid leave + parental/care leave available
Dress Code: Casual attire allowed (depending on assignment site)
■ Compensation & Salary
Annual Salary Range: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000 (based on experience and skills)
Monthly Salary: ¥204,500–¥300,000
Salary Review: Once annually
Bonuses: Twice a year (equivalent to 4 months) + special commemorative bonus
Example Annual Salaries:
Age 30 (8 years of experience): ¥5M
Age 35 (10 years of experience): ¥5.5M
