◆ Job Description ◆
As a Care Worker, you will provide hands-on support to our residents in their daily lives, in a modern facility that emphasizes rehabilitation and independence.
Main Responsibilities:
Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting
Supporting residents during rehabilitation activities (including natural hot spring therapy and sling exercises)
Monitoring residents’ safety and well-being
Daily documentation using voice-input systems (no need for advanced PC skills!)
We offer structured training for newcomers, with senior staff always available to support you. You’ll gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow.
If you have prior experience, you may also pursue future leadership or management roles.
Note: The “Care Worker Basic Training Certificate” (初任者研修) is required. If you do not have it, we will cover the full cost for you to obtain it within your first three months.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000–¥4,050,000
Monthly Salary: From ¥207,000
Includes:
Basic Salary: ¥200,000/month
Qualification Allowances:
Care Worker Certification: +¥20,000/month
Completion of Practical Training: +¥10,000/month
Basic Care Training (初任者研修): +¥7,000/month
Night Shift Allowance: ¥7,000 per shift (4–5 shifts/month)
Bonuses: Twice a year (approx. 2 months’ salary in total)
Salary Review: Based on performance
◆ Work Schedule ◆
Shift-based work / 8-hour shifts
Early shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Day shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Late shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 AM (with 2-hour break)
※Applicants must be 18 or older for work after 10:00 PM
