Job Description:
This company, a member of a publicly listed group on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market, specializes in the implementation and development of core systems, with a strong focus on ERP solutions.
You will be responsible for maintaining systems implemented with Oracle JD Edwards, an ERP software provided by Oracle that offers integrated management of finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, adding new features, and supporting version upgrades.
In the future, you may also be involved in projects related to the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, a cloud-based ERP solution.

Salary:
Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥9,500,000
(Base Salary from ¥4,369,500)
Salary System: Annual Salary
Fixed Overtime: 45 hours/month
Fixed Overtime Pay: From ¥96,500 (paid regardless of overtime worked; excess hours paid separately)
Salary Review: Twice a year
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Break: 12:00–1:00 PM, Actual Work: 8 hours)
Probation Period:
3–6 months (same conditions as full employment)
Holidays and Leave:
Complete 5-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays off)
Year-end and New Year holidays
Paid Leave: 10–20 days/year
Special Leave: 5 days granted upon joining (first year only)

Qualifications:
