Job Description
Responsibilities
Begin with a 17-day training program to learn the overall structure of building and urban development.
After training, work as a construction management assistant while deepening your expertise through on-the-job training (OJT).
Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in drawing-related tasks.
Main Duties
Managing construction schedules
Selecting and directing partner companies
Checking vehicles for loading/unloading materials
Managing documents and drawings
Confirming work procedures and materials
Recording project progress (e.g., using iPad for photos)
Filing photos and documents
Scheduling meetings and discussions
Modifying drawings using CAD (starting with support tasks)
Initial Training
You will start with approximately one month of practical training at our in-house training center.
The training covers the basics of construction management, including communication with skilled workers, reading construction drawings, setting up and using surveying equipment, and business etiquette.
This intensive training ensures a confident start to your duties.
After the training, the Career Design team will provide aftercare for the first 3 months, followed by ongoing support from your assigned branch.
