Required Qualifications

Business-level English communication skills

3+ years of experience in online advertising operations and agency direction for B2C apps or digital services

Practical experience in analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and directing their improvement

Basic understanding of key digital advertising metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with advertising agencies or platforms (e.g., Google, Apple)

Experience in digital advertising or marketing in India or other Asian regions

Interest in and understanding of Japanese anime and IP content

Experience in content distribution and viral marketing strategies on platforms such as social media or YouTube

Experience in mobile game marketing

Experience directing overseas agencies or production companies

Department Purpose / Background
We are looking for a professional to lead user acquisition and engagement efforts in the digital domain for our expansion into the Indian market. Based on an understanding of user behavior and advertising platform characteristics in India, you will be responsible for planning and operating strategies from awareness to acquisition and retention, primarily through online advertising.
Note: Occasional business trips to India (2–3 times/year) are expected.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute user acquisition strategies for the Indian market via platforms such as Google, Meta, and Instagram

Manage online advertising operations in collaboration with local Indian ad agencies

Design and optimize A/B testing for ad creatives based on data analysis (e.g., CVR, LTV)

Plan and execute App Store Optimization (ASO)

Plan, supervise, and implement digital marketing strategies involving IP collaborations

This project aims to expand a hit game, already popular in Japan, into the rapidly growing Indian market. Although this is a new market entry, a marketing budget in the hundreds of millions of yen will be available. You will take ownership from planning through execution, working closely with local agencies.
There is also potential for expansion into other countries, offering a broad scope in terms of scale, autonomy, and career development.
