You will be responsible for contract-based system development, mainly in the finance, insurance, and securities sectors.

Design and development of business systems for financial institutions

Proposal and implementation of system improvements

Involvement in the entire process—from requirements definition to release—depending on the project

◆Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥3.6M–¥7.2M (Monthly salary: ¥300,000–¥480,000 + 3 annual bonuses)

Sample: ¥4.5M (Programmer, 4 years experience), ¥6.5M (Engineer, 10 years experience)

Salary raises once per year / Bonuses 3 times per year (March, June, December)
