As a Construction Generalist, you’ll play a key role in building structures that shape the skyline—shopping malls, stadiums, transportation infrastructure, and more.
You’ll begin with simple tasks like document preparation, taking construction site photos, and assisting with reports.
A 10-day onboarding program covers business etiquette, PC basics, construction fundamentals, and software skills—perfect for new graduates or first-time professionals.
With experience, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, including creating construction drawings (using AutoCAD), managing schedules, ensuring safety, and overseeing site progress.
Eventually, you’ll be equipped to lead large-scale projects and manage teams.

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) *6-month trial period under contract conditions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours) *Average overtime: 17 hours/month (within first 3 years)
Annual Income: ¥2.64M – ¥4.2M
Monthly Salary: ¥220,000–¥350,000 + bonuses & allowances
Work Location: All 47 prefectures in Japan (assignments based on preference / U・I turns welcome)
Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer break, year-end holidays, maternity/paternity/childcare/caregiver leave
Bonuses: Twice per year
